When can we collect the tent back ?
It will take roughly 3-5 days after you sent the tent to us.Â
Do you use any chemical to wash my tent ?
No chemical or soap will be used. Only water.
Do i need to pass along the tent pole ?
Yes, you need to as we will fully setup your tent upon washing them.Â
What are the maximum size of tent you will be able to accept ?
We are able to accepth tent below 18feet in length.
Can you collect the tent at my location ?

We can arrange for lalamove/rider to collect the tent from your location and deliver them after washing as well. However you need to cover for the chargers. Whatsapp us your address and we will help to quote you the chargers.
What time I can send over the tent ?
Since we’re home based, you can send the tent at any time that you’re convenience. Yes, even at night time.
Where is the drop off location ?
TTDI Jaya, Shah Alam
When should I pay ?
You can pay the chargers upon collection of the tent for self collect.
While for lalamove/delivery, you need to pay before we arrange for delivery.
